Griffith. The Landlord was Laurence King Harman. In 1901 Census Seupe BC Rynd , aged 45, was head of the family. He was born in Dublin. His wife Olivia was 39 and she was born in Co. Kildare. Mary Branegan aged 37, Lizzie Rabbit, unmarried, aged 27 and John Dillon aged 26 were domestic servants in this house. They were born in Westmeath. Peter Keely was also a domestic servant and coachman, unmarried, aged 26 and was born in Co Antrim. In 1911 Census Charles Billings Grant was head of household. He was a 32 year old Protestant farmer, born in County Tipperary. Mary Burnett a widow born in County Waterford was his 45 year old house keeper. Note: The Valuation Revision Books show that S.C. Rynd. leased the property in 1875, C.B. Grant took over the lease in 1910 and Patrick O’ Beirne was there in 1915. Joseph Groarke was the owner in 1920.
